The NRA Program Materials Center is optimized for Internet Explorer 6. If you are using a different browser and experience recurring problems, please call 800-336-7402 to place an order, weekdays 8:30 am – 8:00 pm EST.

NRA Program Materials Center Ordering Once you register with the site you will not need to input your billing or shipping information again unless you wish to make a change. To place an order, sign in and just add the items you would like to purchase to your cart. Once you submit your final order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number for future reference. Please review your order in detail before submitting as we cannot modify an order after it has been submitted. Online orders are usually processed within 72 hours of receipt. The ability to check your order status online is not yet available. We hope to offer it to our members in the future.

NRA Program Materials Center Security Protecting your order information is a priority. The National Rifle Association makes every effort to protect your online order information. NRA uses SSL encryption to avoid the decoding of that information by anyone other than the NRA. To check the security of your connection, look at the lower left-hand corner of your browser window after accessing the server. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending upon your browser), then SSL is active. You can also double-check by looking at the URL line of your browser. Phone Order To order, call toll free at 1-800-336-7402 weekdays 8:30 am - 8 pm EST. Outside the U.S. please call 301-577-7550 between the hours of 8:30 am and 5:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday and ask to speak to a PMC call center operator indicating that you are calling from outside the United States and need to place an NRA Program Materials order.

Payment Options The NRA Program Materials Center accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We do not accept purchase orders, mail in orders or checks.

Pricing PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.The price at which you purchase from the NRA Program Materials Center is the only one we can honor.

Sales TaxFor merchandise purchases, sales tax will be charged based on National Rifle Association's legal obligation in the state to which the materials will be mailed. NRA currently charges sales taxes on merchandise sales into 44 states plus District of Columbia. Sales tax charges on your order will be assessed based on the state where you reside unless you furnish NRA with an exemption certificate. Actual sales tax rates are based on state statutes as well as NRA agreements with state tax departments. Sales taxes will NOT be charged for NRA deliveries into the following states: AK, DE,MO, MT, NH, OR. Tax Exempt Orders must be called into the NRA Program Materials Center Store 1-800-336-7402. You have to be set up with the NRA Headquarters Financial Services Division as a tax exempt entity BEFORE you place your order with our store so you do not get charged sales tax on your order. Postage Charges Charges are based on the value of your order and include Postage and Handling fees.  Shipping Table

Shipments Outside of the U.S. For deliveries to Canada add $15 to the shipping rates. For other international deliveries, add $50 to the shipping rates. For deliveries to Hawaii add $20.

Delivery Please allow up to 2 weeks for standard delivery inside of the Continental U.S. for in-stock items. There is an express delivery option available at an additional charge. Please allow up to 72 hours processing time in addition to the shipping time when choosing your method of expedited shipping. NOTE: You cannot count the day you place your order or Saturday and Sunday as part of the processing time or as delivery days including expedited orders.

Returns All returns must be made within 60 days of receipt of materials. Merchandise returned for refund must be in sellable condition unless received damaged. In this event, you must call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-336-7402 to notify us of the problem. We can only refund postage and handling costs if the return is the result of our error. Please see the back of the packing slip received with your order for complete instructions on returning merchandise. To help us be more efficient with your refund process, please return a copy of your packing slip with your order.
