NRA Program Materials Center Ordering Once you register with the site you will not need to input your billing or shipping information again unless you wish to make a change. To place an order, sign in and just add the items you would like to purchase to your cart. Once you submit your final order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number for future reference. Please review your order in detail before submitting as we cannot modify an order after it has been submitted. Online orders are usually processed within 72 hours of receipt. The ability to check your order status online is not yet available. We hope to offer it to our members in the future.

NRA Program Materials Center Security Protecting your order information is a priority. The National Rifle Association makes every effort to protect your online order information. NRA uses SSL encryption to avoid the decoding of that information by anyone other than the NRA. To check the security of your connection, look at the lower left-hand corner of your browser window after accessing the server. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending upon your browser), then SSL is active. You can also double-check by looking at the URL line of your browser. When accessing a secure server, the first characters of the site address will change from "http" to "https."

Phone Order To order, call toll free at 1-800-336-7402 weekdays 8:30 am - 5 pm EST. Outside the U.S.(U.S. Territories Only) please call 240-487-2988 between the hours of 8:30 am - 5 pm EST, Monday through Friday. You will be directly routed to a telephone operator who will take your order once you indicate that you are calling from outside the United States and need to place an NRA Program Materials order.

Payment Options The NRA Program Materials Center accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We do not accept purchase orders, mail in orders or checks.

PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. The price at which you purchase from the NRA Program Materials Center is the only one we can honor.

Sales Tax

Your total sales tax due is based on the NRA's legal obligations in the state where your merchandise is shipped, unless you provide the NRA with an exemption certificate.

Add applicable state and local tax for orders shipped into AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MS, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, and WY.

Shipping & Handling Charges All Charges are calculated and displayed at time of checkout.

Shipments Outside of the U.S. Due to current U.S. State Department regulations we are no longer able to ship training materials to foreign countries. For deliveries to Hawaii add $20.

Delivery Please allow up to 2 weeks for standard delivery inside of the Continental U.S. for in-stock items. There is an express delivery option available at an additional charge. Orders with express shipping option will ship same day order is placed if placed before 3:00 pm ET. Please allow a minimum of 72 hours processing time in addition to the shipping time when choosing your method of expedited shipping. NOTE: You cannot count the day you place your order or Saturday and Sunday as part of the processing time or as delivery days including expedited orders.

Returns All returns must be made within 60 days of receipt of materials. Merchandise returned for refund must be in sellable condition unless received damaged. In this event, you must call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-336-7402 to notify us of the problem. We can only refund Shipping costs if the return is the result of our error. Please see the back of the packing slip received with your order for complete instructions on returning merchandise. To help us be more efficient with your refund process, please return a copy of your packing slip with your order.

New Tax Exemption Process To keep up with the ever changing landscape of tax rules and regulations, The NRA Program Materials Center has introduced a new Tax Exemption process. To obtain tax exemption status to your account, please fill out the form below and submit with a PDF copy of your local or federal tax exemption certificate. (Please note, your Profile ID# is the account number displayed in the top right corner once you have signed into your account) You will then receive a confirmation email once your account profile has been linked to you tax certificate. Once the setup process is completed you will automatically receive a tax free checkout for all purchases made within your tax exemption locality.
